In order to further improve the teaching effect of Higher Mathematics courses and improve students'' mathematical study. This paper takes Chuzhou University as an example. From 2018 to 2021， a questionnaire survey will be conducted on the learning effect of Higher Mathematics courses from three dimensions of students， teachers and schools for four consecutive years. Based on the collected sample data， around the endogenous motivation， external factors， school management and other dimensions of students'' learning， factor analysis and linear regression analysis methods are used to statistically analyze the influencing factors of students'' Higher Mathematics course performance， and explore an effective program to improve students'' Higher Mathematics course performance. This provides a way and method for local colleges and universities to improve the teaching effect of Higher Mathematics， and can provide some reference for related teaching reform research.
