Abstract:In order to ameliorate and utilize saline alkali soil, endophytes of kandelia obovata and Bruguiera gymnorhiza were isolated and identificated by combining physiological analysis and molecular identification. The results showed that 96 strains of salt-tolerant endophytic bacteria were preliminarily isolated from the roots and leaves of two plants, all of which were Gram-positive bacteria. The DNA of each strain was extracted,16S rDNA sequence by PCR,four enzymes were used for enzyme digestion, and the genetic types were counted.16S rDNA sequence determination of representative strains of different combination types was carried out, blast analysis, phylogenetic tree using establishing by MEGA software, the isolated endophytic bacteria were Bacillus vietnamensis,Bacillus aryabhattai,Bacillus baekryungensis,Bacillus ceurus and Staphylococcus pasteuri. The ACC deaminase activity of these five bacteria was determined, and the value of Bacillus vietnamensis was the highest.
