In order to improve the quality of red building culture tourism in Anhui Province and promote the development of red building culture tourism industry, the questionnaire method and structure equation study the quality of red architecture culture tourism experience, aiming to provide reasonable suggestions for the development path of red building culture tourism industry in Anhui Province.Five latent variables and 20 dominant variables were selected to establish the structural equation model, and SPSS and AMOS software were used to deeply analyze the tourism experience quality of red architecture culture in Anhui Province.Research shows that the cultural factors, service factors, interactive participation in Anhui red building culture tourism experience quality are significant positive influence, in the future, from the integration of cultural factors, improve service quality, innovative experience, enhance interactive participation, promote the development of red building culture tourism in Anhui province.
