工会实践对高校教师师德师风建设的作用效应分析

    摘要:

    为明晰工会实践与教师师德师风建设之间的作用效应,以安徽省10所高校504名教师为案例样本,借助结构方程模型求解变量间路径系数,测度工会实践中参与、教育、维护与建设4项职能对教师师德师风建设的直接效应和间接效应。结果表明:参与、教育与维护职能同高校教师师德师风建设呈正相关,维护和教育职能对高校教师师德师风建设作用效应更为显著,建设职能作用效应不显著;工会实践同评聘关系氛围、高校教师师德师风建设显著相关;评聘关系氛围在工会实践与高校教师师德师风建设中起中介效用。

    Abstract:

    In order to clarify the effects of union practice and teacher ethics construction, 504 teachers of ten universities in Anhui were taken as case samples, and the path coefficients between variables were solved with the help of structural equation model to measure the direct and indirect effects of participation, education, maintenance and construction in union practice on teacher ethics construction. The results show that the participation, education and maintenance functions are positively correlated with the construction of teacher'' ethics. The maintenance and education functions have a more significant effect on the construction of teacher'' ethics, while the construction function has no significant effect. The trade union practice is significantly related to the atmosphere of appraisal relations and the construction of teacher'' ethics in colleges and universities. The atmosphere of appraisal relationship plays an intermediary role in the practice of trade union and the construction of teacher'' ethics in colleges and universities.
