In order to explore the best method for potato detoxification and improve the potato detoxification efficiency,this study compared two detoxification methods,namely ultra-low temperature therapy with shoot tip stripping technology and heat treatment with shoot tip stripping technology to find the better detoxification effect.The results showed that compared with the ultra-low temperature treatment,the heat treatment method had the higher seedling rate and detoxification effi￣ ciency.In addition,we further explored the optimal hormone ratio to shorten the cultivating period of detoxified seedlings and found that MS medium supplemented with 0.50 mg/L GA3+0.50 mg/L 6-BA+0.01 mg / L NAA could have the higher shoot tip seedling rate,which was 84.62%.
