    摘要:

    正交斜放空腹夹层板是在空腹夹层板楼盖基础上发展而来的一种新型大跨度楼盖结构,具有网格造型美观、受力性 能好等特点。 为研究新型楼盖结构的刚度,以拟建工程为例,基于 Midas Gen 建立有限元模型,分析各个因素对正交斜放空腹 夹层板楼盖刚度的影响。 结果表明:对于现场浇筑一次成型的空腹夹层板,在设计时应考虑上肋表层混凝土板作为翼缘对空 腹夹层板整体刚度的贡献ꎻ上、下肋高度对空腹夹层板刚度影响最大,在楼盖设计时,上、下肋肋高宜按网格边长的 1 / 10~ 1。

    Abstract:

    The orthogonal-diagonal placed vierendeel sandwich plate is a new type of large-span floor structure developed on the basis of the open web sandwich panel floorꎬ which has the characteristics of beautiful grid shape and good mechani ̄ cal performance. In order to study the stiffness of the new floor structureꎬ with a proposed project as an exampleꎬ a finite element model was established based on Midas Genꎬ and the influence of various factors on the stiffness of the orthogonally laid open-web sandwich slab floor was analyzed. The analysis results show that: for the open-web sandwich slab that is cast once on siteꎬ the upper rib surface concrete slab as the flange′s contribution to the overall rigidity of the open-web sandwich slab should be considered in the design. The height of the upper and lower ribs has the greatest influence on the rigidity of the open-web sandwich slabꎻ in the design of the floorꎬ the height of the upper and lower ribs should be 1 / 10~ 1 / 15 of the mesh side lengthꎻ when the length span ratio of the floor is greater than 1.5ꎬ the orthogonal inclined Vieren ̄ deel Sandwich Panel floor has larger stiffness reserve and stronger anti deformation ability than the normal Vierendeel Sandwich Panel.
