    摘要:

    建筑工人职业化是建筑业发展的重要组成部分,对提高工程施工效率、满足安全和质量控制标准、有效控制工程投资成本都起着很重要的作用。通过问卷调查对安徽省建筑工人的人口信息、工作、技能培训、社会保险等职业化现状进行分析。研究得出要达到就业职业化、劳动关系契约职业化、从业职业化和行为职业化这4大职业化目标必须重点解决建筑工人的老龄化、薪资待遇、非正规就业方式、合同签约率以及社保参保率等问题。通过对建筑工人职业化意愿与相关影响因素的二元 Logistic 回归分析得出6大影响因素为:建筑工人合同签订、技能培训、社保参与、年龄、教育程度和专职化程度,据此提出相应的发展对策建议ꎮ

    Abstract:

    The professionalization of construction workers is an important part of the development of the construction indus ̄ tryꎬ which also plays an important role in improving the efficiency of constructionꎬ meeting safety and quality control standardsꎬ and effectively controlling the investing cost. Through analyzing the questionnaire survey on construction workers in Anhui about their current populationꎬ workꎬ skill trainingsꎬ and social insuranceꎬ etc.ꎬ this paper concludes that in order to achieve the four professionalizing goals of professionalized employmentꎬ professionalized labor contractsꎬ professionalized operation and professionalized behaviorsꎬ problems in aging workersꎬ salariesꎬ irregular employing proce ̄ duresꎬ contract signing rate and coverage of social security should be solved as key tasks. Based on the binary Logistic re ̄ gression analysis of construction workers′ professional intention and its relevant influencing factorsꎬ six influencing factors are foundꎬ i.e.ꎬ contract signingꎬ skill trainingꎬ social insuranceꎬ ageꎬ educational level and professional levelꎬ which are provided with solutions in the end of the paper.
