This paper analyzes current situation of operation management of Suzhou International Tennis Center by the literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics methods, and conclude the operation management problems in the tennis center, and combining with local conditions, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for decision-making departments for a greater economic and social benefits. At the same time, it also provides valuable references for experimental promotion of tennis sports in less developed areas
