This paper studies the literatures on the relationship between financial development and economic growth, rural economic growth and the rural economic growth in ethic areas. It explores the relationship between financial development and economic growth, the feasibility of financial support for the needs of agriculture in theory to provide theoretical foundation for further research on taking targeted financial measures in poverty alleviation in ethic areas.
