Abstract: The thesis talks about the idea of team management from the perspective Bonze Tang and his disciples’ characteristics reflected in their pilgrimage. At the same time, it analyzes the problems existed in diversified team management and explores the way to solve current issues by using predecessors’wisdom. To hope it can provide some new ways and ideas for the popping of Oriental Management Theory; and help the organization managers to solve practical problems.
