Abstract: According to the latest research results, the organizational goal between government and nonprofit organizations and different resource attributes is to lay the foundation for the development of public sports services in China. The public sports service government and nonprofit organization cooperation is the inevitable trend. The cooperation relationship needs to be established through the purchase and authorization, and the maintenance of the cooperative relationship needs to take the government as the leading factor and give full play to the production function of the non-profit organization.
