Abstract:Abstract: Taking the impact of urban-rural integration on the income gap between urban and rural residents as the starting point,on the basis of literature review,taking six cities in the northern part of Anhui Provinceas research samples,an empirical analysis of panel data model in 2007-2014 is built.The results show:four dimensions of urban-rural integration have different effects on the impact of urban and rural residents,the variables that reflect the social integration and spatial integration have no significant effect on the income gap between urban and rural residents,while the variables that reflect the economic integration and population integration have a significant impact on the income gap between urban and rural residents,and integration will aggravate the income gap between urban and rural areas in the primary stage of economic,increasing the urbanization rate will reduce the urban-rural income gap.The results also prove that the low level of social integration has no significant impact on the income gap between urban and rural, and accelerating the strategy of urban and rural integration is of great significance
