Cheerleading is the official sport of which the development is fast in the past 20 years, while slow in Shanxi Province. Methods and procedures can be found if we conduct researches on the promotion process in Shanxi Province with logical analysis. In this paper, the author analyzes the methods and procedures, hoping to provide useful reference for the promotion of cheerleading agencies.
