The garlic has already become a pillar industry of Jinxiang county’s economy. This paper discusses the advantage of garlic green development from the perspective of ecological civilization and analyzes its outcome and deficiency, then puts forward suggestions such as：increasing deep processing, lengthening manufacturing chain, make use of“Internet + ”policy, and break up the traditional garlic trade mode to better promote the green development.
