200 thousand eyed eggs of Oncorhychus masou masou were hatched and the juvenile fishes were cultivated in Shui GuanYin River of Yuexi County of Pan-xi area, through the control of water temperature, dissolved oxygen etc. The results showed that in the April and May, Shui GuanYin River can meet the incubation temperature need of Oncorhychus masou masou, and the hatching rate was 83.54%, the survival rate of juvenile fish was 94.24%.
