Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of physical training on middle-aged and elderly women, a survey is conducted based on the physical exercise level scale on 180 middle-aged and elderly women who partipated in physical training in Youxi County. The study result shows as follows: (1) There is no significant difference in the overall feeling of happiness on the basis of age variable among middle-aged and elderly women. (2) There are significant differences in the overall feeling of happiness among middle-aged and elderly women on the basis of exercise intensity, exercise span, exercise frequency and exercise level variables. The result shows significant differences in the psychological function of physical exercises among middle-aged and elderly women who exercise slightly 3 or 5 times a week, 10 to 20 minutes once.
