By adopting the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, the present conditions of the professional sports college students entrepreneurship of Suzhou University is researched. Results showed that: the boy is far higher than girls to be entrepreneurial, the number is far higher than female college students entrepreneurship; professional sports college students mainly concentrated in the higher grades, junior entrepreneurship fewer student; professional sports college students entrepreneurial form is given priority to with open training and open shop; the main factors influencing the sports specialized college students entrepreneurship has family factors, social environmental factors, employment, financial factors, individual factors, etc
