The college graduates employment situation is becoming increasingly grim. The article first processed and analyzed of the questionnaires that based on the sample investigation from the 2008-2012 graduates of agricultural majors in Xichang College. Then the characteristic of employment orientation from agricultural majors and existing questions ware summed up. Finally, some suggestions were given from the perspective of instructors to promote the graduates from agricultural majors to take jobs
