    摘要:

    从珙桐2 年生健康实生苗的茎段中分离到一株耐铅、镉内生真菌。经形态学观察,该菌初步鉴定为链格孢属真 菌。该菌的最佳培养基为PDA 培养基。温度、pH、碳源和氮源对其生长有一定影响。在温度为15~35 ℃时均能生长,最适温 度为25~30 ℃。该菌能适应较宽的pH 值范围,在pH 值5~9 的条件下生长旺盛。多种碳源和氮源均能促进该菌生长,最佳 的碳源为葡萄糖、可溶性淀粉、甘露糖和蔗糖,最佳的氮源为硝酸钠。该菌能在含1 000 mg/L Pb(NO2)2 或100 mg/L CdCl2.2.5H2O 培养基上生长,表明该菌在铅、镉胁迫下仍有较强的生长能力。

    Abstract:

    A endophytic fungus with lead and cadmium tolerance was isolated from the two-year-old healthy Davidia involucrate stem. It was initially identified as Alternaria sp. According to the characteristics of morphologythe optimal medium was PDA for the growth of the fungus. Temperature, pH, nitrogen sources and carbon sources affected the growth of the fungus. The fungus could grow at 15~35 ℃.The optimal growth temperature was 25~35 ℃. It was adaptable to the properties in a broader pH value range. It could grow well between pH 5.0 and pH 9.0. Many carbon sources and nitrogen sources tested could obviously make the fungus grow. The best carbon source was glucose, soluble starch, mannose or sugar. The best nitrogen source was sodium nitrate. It could grow on the Czapek Agar with a concentration of 1 000 mg/L Pb(NO2)2 or 100 mg/L CdCl2.2.5H2O.The results showed that the fungus had stronger adaptability under lead stress and cadmium stress.
