With the increase of digital resource in university libraries, portal website has become an important platform to guide readers. This paper, based on the results of the investigation, designs a category navigation system containing the TAG label, and expounds the implemen-ration scheme, and strive to create a three-dimensional digital resources navigation mode that allows readers to participate in.
