    摘要:

    本文以粳型巨胚稻西巨胚1 号为试验材料,研究了6℃低温处理前用0.25mmol.L-1和0.5mmol.L-1水杨酸进行预 处理(叶面喷施和灌根处理)对幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,水杨酸预处理可使巨胚稻幼苗叶片在低温处理下叶绿素和可溶性 糖含量增加,提高幼苗的抗寒性,减轻低温伤害,对幼苗地上部分和根系生长具有一定的促进作用。从对提高巨胚稻幼苗抗寒 性的效果来看,0.5mmol.L-1浓度水杨酸处理效果较0.5mmol.L-1浓度好,灌根处理效果较叶面喷施好。

    Abstract:

    In this experiment the effect of SA on seedling growth were studied by using 0.25 and 0.5mmol.L-1 SA pretreatment(spraying or adding to hydroponics solution)the rice seedlings before were chilled at 8℃ with the Japonica Xi-giant embryo-1 rice. The result showed that the SA pretreatment could increased chilling resistance and reduced the injury of grain embryo rice seedling by enhancing the content of chlorophyll and soluble sugar,and it has certain promoted effect on the seedling growth of the shoot and root. In force, 0.5mmol.L-1 was better than 0.25mmol.L-1 for increasing chilling resistance of SA pretreatment,adding to hydroponics solution was better than spraying solution for increasing chilling resistance of SA pretreatment.
