Newly-built undergraduate course colleges and universities is an important part of the shoulder for cultivating talents of a line of social and economic development in our country. Based on the analysis of the status quo of newly-built universities and colleges of undergraduate course in advance，this paper further analyses the personnel training mode of newly-built universities and colleges of undergraduate course，and puts forward the newly-built undergraduate course colleges and universities personnel training mode in the operation of the problems that should be paid attention to，in order to contribute to the development of newly-built universities and colleges of undergraduate course.
