本文阐述了西昌市禁毒防艾的工作实践，总结了打一场禁毒防艾人民战争的基本经验，指出了存在的主要问题，分析了影响工作深入的动因，根据西昌市市情的存在，提出了禁毒防艾工作的针对性策略。

Abstract:

In this article，it elaborated the practice work of anti-drug AIDS，summarized the basic experience of this battle，pointed out the main problem existed in this work，and analyzed the influence reasons. Meanwhile，it put forward the targeted strategy according to the special circumstance of the city
