In this paper，it conducts a questionnaire to the 379 P.E Institute students of the 2007 th and 2008th by using the methods of questionnaire，interview and literature，The study results show that：P.E Institute Students do well in writing lesson plans and action demonstration，but the spoken language skills need to be further improved； middle school guidance teachers' sense of responsibility needs to be further strengthened；the internship performance assessment standards need further specification. It puts forward some target recommendations based on the analysis.
