From the perspectives of sports consumption standards，consumption structure，age and education level，the actual condition of sports consumption of Mianyang citizen is analyzel by using methods of questionnaire survey，document literature materials and mathematical statistics in this article. And it also analyzes the influential factors on sports consumption from the point of view of citizens’income，spare time and their education level. The author aims at providing theoretical basis for the sports consumption and policy suggestion for the decision of the Department of Administration of Mianyang, which can promote the sports industry and social economy of Mianyang.
