From the perspectives of sociology，ethnology，physical culture，we set out the development of culture and history，social values and other aspects of throwing an embroidered ball of traditional events of ethnic minority in the China-Vietnam border. And in the background of implementation of national fitness plan，combining the characteristics of the project itself，it makes proposals and responses for the development of throwing an embroidered ball in the China-Vietnam border in this article.
