Adopting documents and data do the surveys and logical analysis and other ways of scientific researches, we set limits on the conception of the republic sports service system in countryside. Taking study of Hengyang city as a case, have successively analyzed on the republic sports service system in the Hengyang countryside ,which constructed by 9 subsidiary systems ,and come up with correspond countermeasures, aiming at providing the theory reference for the construction and improvement of the republic sports service system in the Hengyang countryside.
