In this paper, we used the literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method to carry on the investigation about students of school extracurricular sports teams in Fuzhou. We analyzed and summarized the relationship between each family factor and the school extracurricular sports training and the reason of contradiction and offered a proposal in this foundation which made the school extracurricular sports teams develop in a healthy and vigorous way.
