Abstract：By literature, questionnaires, field interviews, mathematical statistics, etc. we have investigated and analyzed characteristics and present situation of Tujia body-building projects in Tujia people gathering area in northwest of Hubei. The results show that Tujia body-building projects are wide and colorful, and have many characteristics in movement, music, fitness and entertainment. However, there are many shortcomings in their developing course.
