"Labor shortage" has become increasingly prominent in recent years, with complex causes, but unlike previous years, with the growing of the new generation of migrant workers groups, "labor shortage" is increasingly obvious due to the increase of demands. In addition to the remuneration packages, their demands for security and dignity just like urban workers are also growing strongly. They are eager to achieve decent work. In order to ease the labor shortage, government and industries should work together, to respect for the rights of migrant workers’demands, to build a good employment environment, and promote them to get decent work for the new generation of migrant workers.
