: A kind of generalized vector F-implicit quasi variational inequality problems is introduced in real topological vector spaces. The existence of its solution is proved under some suitable assumptions without monotonicity and continuity by using the generalized KKM theorem，the equivalence of the solution between the variational inequality problems and the corresponding complementarity problems is also discussed under certain conditions，and some results are spread.
