According to the investigation of badminton referees in Sichuan Province，results show that the team have such problems：it lacks of high level young referees，the imbalance of sex ratio and age structure，there are more part-time referees and less training opportunities，the incomplete management system，it lacks of corresponding evaluation system. The paper put forward corresponding countermeasures to these problems，so it will be more adaptable to the Badminton Match，also it will promote the development of the Badminton Match.
