On the Management Style of the Ethnic Studentsfrom Vocational Schools in“9+3”Model——Based on the Case Studies in Panzhihua Architectural and Engineering School
Sichuan provincial government in June 2009 introduced the“Tibetan 9 +3 free vocational education program”,which is aimed at training high-quality workers for the leap-forward economic development of the ethnic areas in the future. This paper,based on the case studies in Panzhihua Architectural and Engineering School,makes a detailed analysis and deep research. It also puts forward some new strategies for the management of vocational education,such as the reforms of the current management system of the schools,the improvement of the management structure,which are more available and suitable for the growth and development of the students from the ethnic areas.
