This paper describes the method of fuzzy recognition of Identifying Codes,which are background disturbances,font-variant,the location uncertainty and more complex.Furthermore,we give the steps of recognition of Identifying Codes,focusing on description of image de-noising and character extraction methods.Experiments with a large domestic Web site show the reliability of the methods.
