By using the method of doeumentation, video statistics, this paper makes comparison analysis the Winning and Losing Points in the 8 games that Chinese women＇s volleyball team take part in. Pointing out the gap between the Chinese women＇s volleyball team and the Europe and America＇s strong teams in this Olympic Games, and in response to these gaps, the author puts forward relevant proposals.
