本文从内因和外因两个角度出发，采用定性的方法分析了健身房经营失败的主要原因，提出了相应对策。

Abstract:

Starting from two aspects of internal cause and external cause，the author takes the qualitative method to analyze the main reason for running failure of gymnasium and presents appropriate countermeasures
