The existing problems of teaching archives management in non-governmental colleges are mainly as follows.lacking of awareness,carelessly filing,document losing and herdness in collecting.In response to according to the features of teaching archives management we should find some efficient sollution and countermeasures,such as teaching file daily management must be strengthened,information technology should be used in teaching archives management of Non-Governmental Colleges.
