With the enlargement of enrollment,the problems of college students' overdue tuition and fees have become increasingly widespread.However the substantive overdue tuition is influencing the sustainable development of higher education.By analyzing the causes of students' overdue tuition,this paper proposes some measures with regard to this problem.
