Private enterprises is the most dynamic part of China' s national economy.It not only created em- ployment opportunities for the community,made our economy develop steadily,but also played a leading role in the local economic development.At the same time,every now and then,we noticed that Chinese private enterprises have great difficulties in financing.Therefore,this paper focuses on the possible causes of the financing difficulties.
