This paper pointed out serious present situation of running off water and soil in LiangShan Zhou and introduced of achievement of administering on small river basin in Datong country Ningnan county of Sichuan. special sloping fields reformed to terraced fields. At last I put forward the propose of sloping fields reformed to terracedfields in the administering of small river basin.
