Software quality assurance is a critical process in CMM2, and t h e implementation of SQA is a complicated and systematic program needed to be und erstood correctly and promoted step by step. Starting from the software quality in this paper, we venture to analyze the criteria and content of software qual i ty assurance system, and bring forth the ideas of changing our notions, clari f ying our glals, leader's attention and all people's participation, attaching i mportance to software process improvement so as to promote software quality fund amentally, in terms of the major problems arising in the course of our introdu ction and implementation.
