Land requisition is a good measure to guarantee the requiring land for national public facilities and public welfare cause building, moreover, it is a common way for all the countries to achieve public welfare building .In our country, the present land requisition system is the result of the planned economy, therefore its inadaptability and backwardness becomemore and more obvious. As a result, a lot of farmers appeal to the higher authorities for help and even resist it in some ways. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of our country's land requisition.
