Aesthetic education is an indispensable part of quality education. Rich aesthetic educational resources such as beauty of language, beauty of ideology are rooted in College English Intensive Reading. In the teaching practice, in order to tap the textbook potential and enhance students' comprehensive qualities, we could use such methods as "Reading Aloud Reciting", "Exchanging Ideas" and "Play Adapting and Acting" to achieve aesthetic education.
