By comparing the direct drinking water and barreled drinking water，we chose the water supply mode of pipeline direct drinking water. This paper selects the sub-district water quality of drinking water direct way by analyzing the technical and economic evaluation of the three methods of water supply，including engineering and technical difficulty，total investment of the project，the extent of secondary pollution，the cost of running and management of the evaluation，and explains the technical notes of this way
