In this paper, we introduced a new class of completely generalized implicit quasivariational inclusion involving maximal -monotone mappings in . Using the resolvent operator technique, we constructed perturbed Ishikawa and Mann type iterative algorithms for the variational inclusion. Furthermore, we proved the existence of solution for the variational inclusion and proved the convergence of the iterative sequences generated by these algorithms.
