      通过构建亳州城市化发展与水资源利用的指标体系ꎬ利用熵值法确定指标权重ꎬ分别评价 2003—2017 年亳州市城市化和水 资源利用综合水平的发展变化ꎬ在此基础上构建耦合协调度模型ꎬ分析亳州市城市化与水资源利用的耦合协调关系ꎮ 结果表明:亳州 城市化综合指数整体呈上升趋势ꎬ特别是 2010 年以后综合指数的增幅明显加快ꎬ是人口城市化、经济城市化、社会城市化、空间城市 化过程综合作用的结果ꎻ水资源利用水平变化起伏较大ꎬ2003—2011 年整体呈现趋势性下降ꎬ2011 年以后表现出趋势性上升ꎬ主要受 水资源量等要素的影响ꎻ城市化与水资源利用的耦合度 2003—2009 年呈现波动上升ꎬ增加幅度大ꎬ2009—2017 年耦合度整体处于相 对平稳阶段ꎬ有小幅波动ꎻ耦合协调度不断提高ꎬ从 2003 年的中度失调阶段发展到 2017 年的良好协调阶段ꎮ

      By constructing an index system of the urbanization and water resource utilization in Bozhou city and using the entropy method to determine the index weightsꎬ the development and changes of the comprehensive urbanization and water resource utilization in Bozhou city from 2003 to 2017 were evaluated respectively. Based on thisꎬ a coupling coordination model was built to analyze the relationship between urbanization and water resource utilization in Bozhou City.The results show that the comprehensive urbanization index of Bozhou shows an upward trend on the wholeꎬ and an obviously accelera ̄ ting trend after 2010ꎬ as a result of the comprehensive effects of populationꎬ economicꎬ social and spatial urbanizations. The water resource utilization fluctuates greatlyꎬ showing a general trend of decline from 2003 to 2011ꎬ and a trend of rise after 2011ꎬwhich is mainly affected by the amount of water resources and other factors.From 2003 to 2009ꎬ the coupling relation between urbanization and water resource utilization fluctuated greatlyꎬ while from 2009 to 2017ꎬ the coupling was relatively stable and fluctuated slightly.The coupling coordination level has been continuously improvedꎬ from the moderate imbalance stage in 2003 to the better coordination stage in 2017
