Rural "Three Changes" reform is an important cornerstone of promoting the rural revitalization strategy. Through overall promotion rural "three changes" reform, Suzhou has not only activated the vitality of agricultural and rural's development, strengthen the village collective economy's strength, broadened the channels for increasing farmers' income, but also has promoted the integration and development of the first, second and third industry in rural areas, solved the problems of rural governance, accelerated the pace of poverty alleviation, explored a new way of deepening rural reform comprehensively and implementing the rural revitalization strategy vigorously. The paper takes Suzhou rural "Three Changes" reform as the research object, deeply analyzes "Three Changes" reform's progress, the main patterns, the mechanism on promoting the rural revitalization, and existing problems, then puts forward some relevant policy recommendations on accelerating the "Three Changes" reform, hopes to provide other areas in Ahhui province even the whole country with some useful experience and reference.
