On the basis of the scale of enrollment, training and graduates and other indicators, weuse the class average clustering method to analyze school running scale of higher specialty institutions in every region, use MATLAB to simulation, and then we get different class divisions. The research is conducive to the further study of the school development strategy and local talent training direction between different regions
