Abstract:This paper, to participate in an enterprise organized the sports culture festival staff as investigation object, through corporate sports festival mediating variables, explores employee commitment and participation in the impact of the situation on individual job performance organization. The results show: after employee participation in sports and cultural holiday, organizational commitment and job performance have improved significantly; organizational commitment and job performance has a significant positive correlation; employees of different gender and marital status in the overall organizational commitment and three dimensions do not reach significance differences.
