The aim of this paper is to study the properties of nonnegative solutions of a coupled parabolic system with variable exponents. By using upper-lower solution method and eigenfunction method on it, the sufficient conditions for global existence and blow-up nonnegative solutions of the equation with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition are obtained.
